We want you to love your PrintGadi order. Here is our policy for refunds and exchanges.

1. Custom Products

Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

2. Reporting Issues

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review your case and respond within 24 hours.

3. Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for ready designs within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
